Whilst stationed at RAF Hullavington, Our team was responsible to cater for up to 700 Soldiers on base at one time. This includes the sourcing of ingredients, preparation of food for 3 meals a day, service and closing and cleaning of the kitchen.

I worked closely with the Nepalese Ghurka battalion chefs who ran the exercise and were in charge my team and I. I learned a lot about Military life, comradery, standards and cookery. I thoroughly enjoyed working and conversating with people from different walks of life.

• Welcomed guests with friendly conversation and fun atmosphere.
• Prepared mixed drinks and poured wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages within target service timeframes.
• Confidently opened, closed and managed bar, ensuring high operational standards are upheld
• Promoted bar through advertising, by hosting special events, and by establishing partnerships with area businesses to drive customer traffic.
