
Hard working, opportunistic Bartender with prior experience in Customer Service. Motivated and driven character. Able to adapt and make decisions, strong ability to learn and enthusiasm to improve. Strong independent worker but comfortable working within a team.
Whilst stationed at RAF Hullavington, Our team was responsible to cater for up to 700 Soldiers on base at one time. This includes the sourcing of ingredients, preparation of food for 3 meals a day, service and closing and cleaning of the kitchen.
I worked closely with the Nepalese Ghurka battalion chefs who ran the exercise and were in charge my team and I. I learned a lot about Military life, comradery, standards and cookery. I thoroughly enjoyed working and conversating with people from different walks of life.
