Founder and Artistic Director of KALINKA Productions, an emerging film company dedicated to developing strong, female-led projects. The company champions stories by and about women, with a focus on supporting creatives from underrepresented backgrounds in the film industry.

As a member of the Youth Leadership Team at She Is You, a feminist organization supporting women from underrepresented and underprivileged backgrounds, I pitched and developed the concept for Big Sister Little Sister: The Podcast — a platform created to expand our mission and celebrate stories of healing and success in spite of systemic barriers.

• Co-developed and launched the podcast, featuring women who overcame trauma and adversity.
• Led guest curation, content development, and hosted interviews.
• Focused on themes of empowerment, faith, financial literacy, financial stability, and community-led change.
• Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and editorial vision in building a mission-aligned platform.

I actively engaged with prominent organizations and creatives within the Bulgarian film and media sector, fostering valuable connections and insights. I participated in exclusive screenings of films curated for the Youth Jury, contributing to discussions and assessments aimed at selecting the recipient of the prestigious 2018 Youth Jury Award. Collaborating within a team setting, I facilitated rigorous deliberations, fostering constructive dialogue, and critical debates to achieve consensus and enhance decision-making processes.
