I worked as part of a team of consultants to deliver a Cultural Change Programme designed to inspire their leaders to come up with creative solutions to changing the face of mobility and facilitating the transition from petrol/diesel car to electric transportation.

I have been a trusted business partner to Scottish Government since the inception of Withinsight in 2008. I coach director and deputy director levels in SG. I have over 100 hours of leadership coaching C suite leaders.
