- As a Principal Solutions Architect for EMEA my role as the most senior technical member of staff covering the ONTAP product portfolio means I now have responsibility across multiple industries and countries to assist in selling our business value whilst helping customers to design and implement their hybrid cloud environments
- My role includes all of my responsibilities prior to this promotion (as per below) but now has more focus on pulling together solutions from across our portfolio of products and more importantly, working with our external partners in particular around public cloud use cases
- Working alongside our cloud architect teams at AWS, Microsoft and Google
- Responsibility for small amounts of media work including podcasts (TechONTAP) to promote the NetApp brand and products outside of the organisation
- Regular speaker at the NetApp Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) where I speak with organisations from across the globe with a focus on strategic engagements with exec/senior staff from our customer & partner community
