
I have 12 years’ experience of working as an Insurance Broker, and one year
working for an Insurance Company. I have a good understanding of the
industry, however I am always keen to develop my knowledge, skillset and
professional qualifications.
I'm a personable Insurance Account Executive motivated to build and maintain my customer base.
I am driven and like to push myself to achieve the best possible results for
both the company, and clients, while at the same time working with integrity
and being compliant.
A new business role, year one I finished 25% up against my target.
98% of the leads were self generated. This was done by attending various network events, walking
around Industrial estates, referrals and by cold calling/emailing
I had a book of Commercial clients, I was responsible for the management of this book and its continued growth.
I built my own pipeline, and successfully turned cold leads into new clients.
I have worked in all areas of Commercial Insurance, including
Commercial Combined, Combined Contractors, Motor Fleet, Package,
Liability and Property Owners. I have also done a small amount of work in Motor Trade.
I have my own book of clients, to look manage throughout the year,
processing MTA’s, renewals and any claims.
I have a 10% growth target to achieve, this is made up of my organic
growth with renewals, cross sales and new business.
My role is based both in the office, and going on appointments, for
renewal reviews and new clients. I will also take less
experienced staff, with me on appointments, to help them develop
their skill sets.
I am confident dealing with cases up to £50,000, however I have also
worked on larger cases.

well as a monthly retention target of 75% of current customers.
Securing new business with a target of 10 private motor car and 8 home
insurance each month.
Maintaining a high level of customer service while dealing with the
general public either on the phone of face to face in the branch.
