• Carrying out over 2000 property inspections with intent of gathering and inputting data so as to comply stock condition life cycle assessments and asset inventories.

• Carrying out survey's to tenanted properties on responsive repair and legal disrepair and following up with writing up specification of works for DLO or contractors to carry out.

• Undertaken over 1000 stock condition and HHSRS surveys of residential properties and inputting data on hand held devices
• Identified need for maintenance and repair work and forwarding on to be scheduled

• Undertaken over 1500 Stock Condition and HHSRS surveys within residential properties and inputting the information on hand held devices
• Carrying out RdSAP / EPC surveys within Residential properties.
• Identified need for maintenance and repair work, scheduling as necessary.

• Attend site and produce specifications for a variety of maintenance, refurbishment or construction projects numbering over 140 within the period. Final construction costs on projects ranged from £4000 to £ 128000
• Tender work out to contractors and monitor and supervise these work to bring within budget and on time for the client.
