Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop the Foundation's community Football Development Programme for 5-11 year old's too ensure it is a high-quality offer across Kirklees during term time and school holidays.
• Oversee and develop Girls football provision including effectively managing the KPI's for Barclays Girls Schools Football Partnership, FA Wildcats sessions...
• Implement, deliver and recruit to the Foundation's Post 16 Male & Female football programmes.
• To lead on the strategic development and operational planning, delivery and subsequent monitoring & evaluation of high-quality 'Holiday Activity Camps'. Including Inclusive & SEND delivery.
• Manage and coordinate the Foundations Fans Fund Programme Delivery. Including working with diverse community groups to ensure the match day & associated activity is accessible and welcoming to all.
• Plan, prepare and deliver practical coaching sessions and facilitate football related health programmes as required.
• Provide mentoring and support to all contracted and casual coaches with the foundation.
• Conduct formal and informal QA observations with Foundation Coaches ensuring the team are continually developing and delivering to a high standard.
• Act as an ambassador for the HTF, building strong relationships with partners and participants to ensure that interest in foundation projects/programmes is sustained.
• Adopt a participant-centered approach to all delivery, ensuring protocol in relation to safeguarding is consistently observed.
• Effective relationships with partners and participants to ensure that interest in Foundation
  projects and programmes is sustained, and positive outcomes are achieved.
• Build relationships with grassroots clubs and be the foundation's point of contact with Huddersfield's grassroots leagues.

Assistant Researcher working on the Football Manager Franchise.
(Main focus is on my Hometown Supported Club Ramsgate F.C. and Kent Non-League Football)

Responsible for assisting in the research and analysis of football data to ensure that the game is as realistic and accurate as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on various aspects of the football clubs, including players attributes and transfers.
• Work closely with the head researcher and other assistant researchers to ensure that research is accurate and up to date.
