  • Forged strong relationships with University of Highlands & Islands to design and initiate a bespoke apprenticeship for Saw Doctors Engineers
  • Developed a fully auditable training programme for over 1500 employees to proactively identify and prioritise learning needs - linked now to a skills matrix for all employees.
