Providing support and subsequent final end of life care help and assistance to both of my late Parents whilst finalising all affairs/matters.

I provided competent QHSE advice to Clients in the following areas:

• International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certification Support.
• Management Systems Implementation to achieve ongoing Certification to ISO 9001.
• Review and Development of Corporate Policy and Procedures.
• IMS Audits.
• Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
• Training (Learning and Development).
• Adverse (Accident) Event Investigation.

• Undertake delivery of Consultancy services for key clients.
• Support in the delivery of certification to other British and international (ISO) standards as required.
• To support existing Clients to maintain their certifications to relevant standards.

• Provide specialist HSQE advice to all employees at levels across a range of workplaces (Contracting, FM and Infrastructure).
• To liaise with Clients, Contractors and Enforcement Agencies on HSQE issues.
• Ensuring that Health and Safety Advisors are appropriately qualified for their roles and adequately resourced.
  

• To oversee and manage all aspects of the HSQE, Training and Auditing functions for the business.
• To Audit and retain external certifications and accreditations to BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safe Contractor, Safe Contractor Plus, CHAS and PICS etc.
• To act as the Company Mobilisation (Project) Manager for new contract accounts in order to ensure successful start ups.

• Implemented all Company requirements in relation to achieving formal external certification to BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and BS 5750 (part 2).
• Formulation and production of the Quality, Procedures, Quality Records Manuals and Legal Register.
• To undertake HSQE Audits in strict accordance with planned arrangements.
• Develop the Training Matrix and QHSE Management Plan to assist in benchmarking future training needs.
• Devised and implemented all aspects of Quality and Safety Policy development in line with business needs.
• To ensure that the root causes of all Adverse Events are thoroughly investigated in order to prevent re-occurrence.
• Implemented a Behavioural Safety cultural change strategy for Working at Height (Window Cleaning).
