  • Delivered against quarterly applications and completions targets, with circa £10m in bridging completions last quarter.
  • Built awareness of HTB's bridging and refurbishment offering in the North and the Midlands, with a focus on changing perceptions of the bank, previously seen predominantly as a BTL lender.
  • Structured complex bridging and refurbishment loans across a myriad of property types including HMO's, MUFB's, semi-commercial, large portfolios, PBSA, and full commercial.
  • Nurtured existing broker network, bringing onboard a number of brokers that had never previously worked with the bank, particularly in the bridging space.
  • Grew the banks broker network by actively seeking out new to bank brokers that are active in the bridging space.
