Monitoring construction progress:

I am responsible for regularly checking and monitoring the progress of all construction work and ensures that all workprocesses are running smoothly and that any delays or problems are identified and rectified.

Coordination of labor: Also responsible for the coordination of all labor on the construction site. This includes planning shiftwork, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient cooperation between the different trades.

Quality control: Ensures that all construction work meets the specified quality standards. This includes checking materials, complying with building standards and safety regulations, and releasing completed sections after quality control.

Budget monitoring: Jointly responsible for adherence to the budget. This means that I monitor expenditure,

control costs and ensure that the project is implemented economically.

Communication and reporting: The main contact person for all project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers and other construction managers. Holds regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues and provide updates. Preparation ofreports on construction progress and submit them to the construction manager.

Led mechanical team for complete preventive maintenance and unplanned maintenance on aeroderivative gas turbines. Led team to execute planned outages on the 10 gas turbines. Led key maintenance works example change of filters, routine data collections, alignment of gas turbines, hot gas path inspections, water wash.

• Quoted prices for the construction of power plant electromechanical scopes
• Assisted with the change of Pre-filters and main filters for turbine inlet air on gas turbines and installation of generator filter elements on General Electric TM2500 Power Plants.
• Assisted with gas turbine shaft alignment General Electric TM2500 Power Plants.
• Assisted with the pressure testing of Variable Stator Vanes on the gas turbines.
• Assisted with water washing of turbine blades/vanes and compressor blades/vanes.
• Assisted with inspections of metal chip detectors on scavenge pump on the gas turbines.
• Turbine top casing removal and cleaning of compressor blades and Vanes on General Electric TM2500 Power Plants.
• Changed cartridge/Coalescing filters in Gas Regulating Station, gas fuel duplex filters and Generator Lube oil filters on General Electric TM2500 Power Plants.
• Assisted with generator and turbine lube oil top up and sample collection for testing.
• Assisted with borescope inspections on the High-Pressure Compressor blades and vanes, also, on combustion chamber.
• Quality assurance management on General Electric TM2500 Power Plants.

• Practiced insulator change on 161kV transmission line.
• Trained on fabrication of towers and substation structures for 161kV substation.
• Trained on the use of line machines and equipment in high voltage line maintenance.
• Assisted with turn’s ratio test, saturation test, burden test, insulation resistance test and tower resistance test on Potential Transformers, Current Transformers, Power transformers and Towers for 161kV substation systems.
• Assisted with works on transformers, capacitor banks, circuit breakers and disconnects.
• Practiced 330kV/161kV autotransformer phase changing capabilities full assembly.
• Practiced transformer oil treatment with the treatment plant.
