• Managing the team of Inventory Controllers
• Supervising all inventory operations (stock accuracy, cycle counts)

• Optimizing and coordinating all warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Replenishment, Inventory) to achieve most efficient workflow
• Managing SKU's master data in ERP (15,000+ products, 5,000+ SKU's)
• Planning and organizing most efficient SKU's flow in the warehouse, based on value, sales, forecasts, weight and dimensions of the products
• Developing and implementing procedures and work instructions to improve efficiency
• Reporting and solving process and system issues
• Managing and reporting relevant KPI's

• Analyzing complete products portfolio (15,000+ products)
• Analyzing SKU portfolio (5,000+ products)
• Setup and maintenance of SKU's movement in the warehouse, based on pick frequency, sales, value and physical dimensions
