Job Description

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit (MEP).
• Model electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and containment systems.
• Ensure models comply with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC) and structural teams using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Resolve clashes through coordinated design adjustments with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with European Standards (EN), IEC electrical standards, and local Malta regulations.
