The tenant fit out coordination role involves early engagement within incoming tenants to understand their priorities and timeframes, coordinating review of the fit out design information with the Landlord consultant team to ensure that tenant works are in keeping with the base build specifications and lease agreements and are no detrimental to the base build, monitoring progress of fit out works on site and ensuring completion information is provided in line with Landlord requirements.
