Through my national 5 studies in Travel and Tourism, Customer Service, Administration and Personal Finance, i have developed strong communication , organisation, and customer service skills. These courses have improved my ability to work professionally, Manage my time effectively, and use Administrative and financial skills confidently. As part of my young leaderships programme which i am currently and will be continuing after the summer i will be working in a team, with a group of people in my year. we will be leading lego therapy sessions with the younger year groups of our school not only helping there communication, and teamworking skills but also my own.
