
I am dedicated Sales/Development coach and Curriculum developer with extensive experience in guiding adult learners from onboarding through to receiving their qualification. I adapt and adjust each learning experiencing through the use of customer needs analysis and apply using both virtual and face to face training. I have a 98% distinction and pass rate with all my learners completing their level 4 sales executive apprenticeship. Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly integrate the curriculum to align with the business needs to increase sales, productivity and driving business value. I have implemented AI to increase my own performance and coached learners on the importance of adapting, leveraging and the ethical use of emerging technologies.
During my time I have been tasked with overseeing several projects which include the rebuild of the sales executive level 4 curriculum to be inline with updated funding rules, OFsted requirements and bespoke to clients needs. I have collaborated with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding to ensure learner commitment, relevance and increased skilled sales force. Within the first month of a development coach I used virtual and F2F sessions to improve leaner results and engagement, including Apprentify’s first ever distinction result for the sales standard.
Ensure learner safety is my highest priority and promote safeguarding, prevent and British values through discussion and understanding. Provide support to colleagues on how to report and conduct training sessions during team meetings to update and upskill. Proactively report any potential issues to the head of safeguarding and provide support and information where needed
Collaborated with adult learners from different industry’s such as Agilent, to overview End to End programme ownership increased strong relationships with learners to create a positive and results driven learning environment by adapting and implementing adult learning theory to suit Individual learning styles and preferences. I would conduct eligibility and onboarding reviews to ensure learners are placed for the correct apprenticeship and will receive the full value and benefit of the course content. I would ensure constructive feedback was provided both written and verbally to promote personal improvement and guidance.
Ensure a high quality customer experience by proposing solutions based on the customers needs and requirements. Created a sales pipeline in line with my organisations marketing and sales strategies and constantly hit my monthly targets. In depth understanding of my customers challenges and purchasing motivations. Deal with complaints in a timely and professional manner to retain customers and business. Conduct group and individual interviews with potential candidates and benchmark alongside colleagues to hire and onboard new employees
