Started Work with Highland council as a kitchen assistant and worked in primary and secondary schools . I worked my way up to area cook then back to being a cook in charge this time in a large primary school.

Travel - After I graduated at Uni , I enjoyed travelling by working on cruise ships. This took me to various parts of the world Mainly America, Canada Alaska and the Caribbean. Now my Children have grown up I have started travelling again on holidays. This has taken me to Cyprus, Turkey and Barbados to name a few.

I do enjoy travelling whether it is for work or relaxation.


Gardening - I love being outdoors in my garden tidying and planting flowers and vegetables.
