  • During my early days at Swoffers, I worked more closely with the property management team and provided administrative cover for the sales department when required.
  • I feel that this varied role gave me an invaluable insight into the workings of an estate agency and allowed me to build relationships with a variety of clients.
  • My role included, but was not limited to, valuing, taking on properties, preparing brochures for marketing, arranging/conducting viewings, and carrying forward the entire tenancy process to the day of check-in.
  • I worked closely with all of my team members as my role expanded.
