My role within the company is to provide service to trade customers, ranging from small independent gift retailers to large established garden centres such as Squires and British Garden Centre Group, and the consumers who shop there or directly through our Shopify page using my wealth of knowledge on the variety of products we produce. I was Team Leader from March 2020 - February 2023.
Duties include but are not limited to, processing orders for warehouse distribution, account management, chasing and collecting payments, logistics, completing dangerous goods notes, raising invoices, supporting area reps, answering and transferring all calls to the business, welcoming visitors to the building, assisting all departments when required. Managing staff, assisting in work flow and recruitment for the department.
I also managed the accounts for Amazon Vendor & Seller, which involves looking into any bulk buy requests, processing PO's and sales out data, arranging deliveries into the various distribution centres and creating invoices
In the last 6 months I have helped to develop an account with QVC, something I have been keen to take on and have really enjoyed learning something new. This includes processing all PO's, managing stock levels, returns and shipments through Rithum.
