Responsibilities included:

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers while accurately taking orders, processing payments and crafting high quality coffees.
• Developing diverse seasonal hot and cold drinks.
• Ability to dial in machine and adjust the recipe according to external factors such as temperature.
• Good product knowledge to help promote sales and create customer engagement.
• Managing daily operations of the cafe including the opening/close and cashing up.
• Stock management, including coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
