Responsibilities included:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers while accurately taking orders, processing payments and crafting high quality coffees.
- Developing diverse seasonal hot and cold drinks.
- Ability to dial in machine and adjust the recipe according to external factors such as temperature.
- Good product knowledge to help promote sales and create customer engagement.
- Managing daily operations of the cafe including the opening/close and cashing up.
- Stock management, including coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
