- Whilst working as a Customer Service Advisor for The Range, I was able to remain clear in my communication whilst in a high pressure situation such as returns and customer complaints.
- During my high school career I was a member of my high school debate team which involved communicating concisely and tailoring ideas effectively.
- I had the opportunities to participate in the Leadership Award Programme 2020, offered by LikeToBe. Throughout the course I developed my problem solving skills which was evident in my ability to contribute effective suggestions and solutions in problem solving activities.
- During a residential trip for the National Citizen Service, I had the opportunity to take part in many team building and problem solving activities. I was able to develop my confidence and knowledge on what is involved in solving complex problems as a group.
- Working as a customer service provider required the ability to think quickly and clearly in a pressured environment in order to solve problems.
- Part of the National Citizens Service award required me and a group of my peers to execute a fundraiser for Sporting Light Appeal which required organisation and communication skills which resulted in raising the most money in the county for our chosen charity. .
- The Leadership Award Programme with Like2Be improved my understanding of my personal skills and strengths and how to identify these in others which enables me to participate and allocate specific roles.
