Grown the number of patients undergoing treatment with Yescarta from 17 per year in 2021 to 38 patients in 2023.

I have also worked closely with the CAR T teams in the delivery centres on improving patient pathways and efficiencies in the cell journey.

This focused on coordinating the various multi-disciplinary teams to work together on improving patient outcomes.

This resulted in a continual growth of the national and regional cohort of key opinion leaders who then went on to assist in market access support e.g. development of guidelines and formulary.

Designed and facilitated the implementation of the regional business development plan by focusing on quality of endorsement activities and development of individual customer plans. This resulted in an increase of the quality, quantity and mobilisation of regional key opinion leaders with evaluation of outputs following endorsement activities rather than the event itself. Parts of the region showed accelerated growth in market share of average of 4% increase over three-month period.

Gained experience in crisis management via a safety issue with a key brand over a period of two years resulting in stabilization of the market share loss originally seen.
