-Managing Avalanche process on site – starting with ideation process
and ensuring delivery at against agreed timelines and the inclusion of
pipeline projects to backfill any agreed projects that do not come to
fruition.

- Managing Stores department ensuring stock accuracy improvements and sufficient availability for materials and packaging.

- Managing Sap Administrator activities.
- Supporting projects sponsors in facilitating steering & technical groups. Working with project sponsors to create project scope/brief documents including all necessary key success factors, timelines, owners and governance processes - ensuring where required appropriate change management processes are followed.
- Responsible for insourcing volume opportunities, working with R&D , Tech centre and Planning as well as Procurement and Marketing.

- Acting as filter for MU's and Category teams for upstream NPD discussions and bringing the details to relevant Site Functions when required.

- Maintaining good network and proactive engagement with Head Office functions especially Marketing, Procurement and Finance.
- Chairing project governance reviews and creating action plans.
- Managing Plan View System for Aunt Bessies projects.
- Administrating Idhammer System.

- Administrating all labour planning, waste, material usage and efficiency trackers

- Worked in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects such as line speed efficiencies, using raw materials more efficiently and minimising end of line waste.
- Developed and delivered specific performance improvement initiatives including tracking all projects costs and savings.
- Executed improvement plans that feature both short- and long-term
improvements, with and without capital investment.
- Data collation, analysis and dissemination to relevant parties for all
continuous improvement initiatives.
