Supported M&A transactions through drafting and reviewing SPA-related documents, due diligence materials, and corporate resolutions. Conducted legal research and participated in client calls.

I worked at the Chair for Public and Administrative Law (Professor Michael Sachs). Supported the preparation of academic publications and lectures, and assisted with proofreading and citation work.

Supported notarial work by preparing and formatting draft deeds, managing document filings and correspondence.
