I celebrate creativity's transformative power - not just for artistic expression, but as a vital mindset for innovation, personal growth and public engagement. My approach centers around mindfulness, health and wellbeing, and to nurture creativity as a universal problem-solving tool through leadership, projects, workshops, collaborations and outreach.

• Secured successful project grants from Community Fund National Lottery for ongoing Creative Programmes Supporting Carers, addressing stress, health, wellbeing and cognitive decline through social connection creative/arts intervention and encouragement through cognitive stimulation.
• Obtained funding through Pennywell Community Centre and Sunderland City Council Community Chest for the Holiday Hunger Programme: Nourishing Families Through Creativity. From 2020, we served over 50 low-waged, low-income families to address food insecurity and family dynamics through a unique blend of arts, crafts and culinary education.

• Proficient in diverse art forms including performance and mixed media, with a specialism in sculptural object making, contributing to 100+ community-focused initiatives that engaged thousands of participants.
• Created original artworks for 45+ exhibitions, drawing countless visitors and featured in various news and media outlets. Artwork held in collections include private collections, prestigious acadmic facilities, such as Durham University, and places of worship.
• Cultivated innovative concepts and original ideas to fuel creative processes, while adeptly collaborating with organisations and fellow artists to conceptualise and deliver compelling artistic projects.
• Experienced in managing creative processes from concept to completion while aligning with client requirements and desired outcomes

• Developing individual and innovative teaching methods for music students in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Enhanced communication between clients and non-English speakers by providing accurate translations in real-time conversations.
