
I am a dedicated team member who can easily demonstrate efficient time management and leadership.
I have vast experience in cash handling as well as understanding the responsibilities of being part of the management team. I strive towards development in my personal career and I believe I am ready for the next step in a leadership role.
This role has allowed for further development of my previous leadership skills, I can safely run the store in the absence of a manager, portraying the appropriate skills to support my team. It involves providing till assistance for refunds and exchanges, cashing up tills and conducting safe checks. The majority of my role is shop-floor based, working deliveries or replenishing stock from the warehouse.
In August 2025, I was enrolled onto the Savers Step Up To Lead program, nominated by my area manager. This consisted of multiple training workshops, of which in November 2025 I graduated as an Assistant Manager.
I enrolled as a team member in 2021. My role included; serving customers at till point, stocking shelves, safely receiving deliveries (which included both M&S and BP stock), and also working on the Wild Bean Cafe- this included serving hot drinks as well as the preparation and cooking of food.
In 2022, I advanced to SSO (Safe Shift Operator), within this role I gained the responsibility of running shifts in store, without the presence of a manager. I developed leadership skills while supporting my team on shift, with key understanding of running the store safely. It also involved cashing up tills and completing managerial office tasks such as; handling phone enquiries or resolving an in-store IT issue.

My role was in the ambient department of the store, where I completed shop floor tasks of restocking shelves after deliveries or replenishing from the warehouse.
