As the Personal Assistant to the doctor in a busy clinic, I played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. I managed the clinic independently, handling all bookings, ordering products and prescriptions, and maintaining efficient stock control. I was responsible for running the doctor’s diary, coordinating appointments, and discussing detailed treatment plans with patients, serving as the first point of contact. Fully trained on the PHOREST system, I maintained meticulous records and stayed updated on the latest aesthetic treatments to support patient needs and clinic growth effectively.

As a jewellery stylist, I ran my own business, which involved buying, marketing and selling Stella and Dot jewelry. I developed a strong entrepreneurial drive and built a flexible business around a brand I was passionate about. I had to manage my own stock, market my own sales through a platform on my website, which I built. I enjoyed building customer relationships and presenting the products.

Tidal Wave was a B2B Marketing Agency. My responsibility was to manage the work flow of the agency, on a project to project basis. I enjoyed managing peoples deadlines and ensuring that different teams within the agency worked smoothly with each other. Monitoring the work flow, I would, on occasion, have to hire suitable employees. Other responsibilities were organising company events and managing the directors diary

I was the program scheduler for all the UKTV channels, with a main focus on BBC1 and News24. Responsible for programs going to air, and insuring that the content and information adhered to the regulations
