Summary

PERSONAL STATEMENT Having worked successfully within the art world, financial services and education prior to that, I have developed the knowledge, skills and connections advantageous to a successful career within an industry which relies heavily on good communication and building strong personal relationships. My substantial experience in dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds, over the phone, via email and most importantly, face to face, provides me with a sound foundation for a role in dealing confidently with the public. Previous employment has also dictated the necessity for excellent organisation skills, and the need to be focused and proactive. Attention to detail, fulfilling client needs within a set timescale, and treating customers fairly was essential to my business success . I am currently seeking a new challenge which will indulge my passion and enthusiasm for enhancing people's lives whilst simultaneously forging new positive relationships with staff and clientele.
