Stepping Hill Hospital is a district general hospital, under Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. It is 778 bedded Hospital in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England. Currently working in Ward D2 as a Full time Registered Nurse(37.5hrs/week) from 25 July 2022 to the present date.

Ward D2 is a general medicine ward within the surgical division. The department provides acute medical services for adults of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities as follows:

• Developed educational materials for use in teaching sessions with patients or their families.

Duties and Responsibilities as follows:

• Assist physicians with various medical procedures.

• Administer medications precisely , managing pain, sedation and wound care.
