I currently teach across the IB programmes, with a focus on languages. My work includes MYP German and IBDP German, as well as IBDP English B (both HL and SL). I also designed and implemented the IBCP as part of the team and facilitate the IBCP Language and Culture studies programme. I work here part time, as I have been asked to help out at a Swiss school one day a week. This has allowed me to gain extensive experience in a truly international, non-selective environment, working with students of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

International School, Ticino (Switzerland) – Part-time
I teach IB A German Language & Literature to a small group of students, one day a week in person with additional online lessons. This temporary role was created to enable students to achieve the bilingual IB Diploma, and will continue until their graduation.
I led the planning, design and launch of a purpose-built cookery school serving both senior and prep students, a project driven by me over several years until completion and beyond. Alongside this, I continued to teach IB German A, gaining valuable experience across both academic and vocational contexts.

Head of German, Ryde School (2015–2023)
Led German across the school for 8 years, building the subject from 9 students to over 120 and establishing it firmly as a Sixth Form subject. Continued to teach IB German A (Lang & Lit) and B (HL & SL) with consistently excellent exam results, including the best subject results school-wide in 2022.

Training Coordinator – London Hospitals
Led weekly mandatory training for 2,800 staff across 7 facilities. Designed and delivered programmes covering ethics, code of conduct, customer service, health & safety, fire safety, manual handling, and equality & diversity. Developed and implemented 27 e-learning courses (clinical and non-clinical) and managed corporate induction and training records.
Training Manager
Oversaw all internal and external training for a 120-staff team, from new starters to management. Designed and delivered induction, fire safety, alcohol licensing, and food hygiene training. Led training needs analysis and provided development on brand standards, upselling, complaint handling, service recovery, and customer service.
Hotel Opening Team Member
Part of the pre-opening and launch team, supporting soft and final openings. Worked as Executive Lounge Host for VIP guests and handled reception duties. Trained staff for the executive lounge.
