Job Responsibilities:-

• Material Planning on the basis of Monthly forecast
• Issue of P.O on the basis of Monthly Requirement
• Issue Job Card on daily basis as per daily requirement of production
• Follow up the vendors for material once P.O released
• Ensure the Material connectivity on time for Production
• Timely Assurance of STO (Stock Transfer Orders), P.O & Service P. O’s
• Ensure the correct Booking of Material Invoices in the system
• Handling the Accounting of material and freight invoices along with Stock transfer movements

• Reports submitted of all received goods
• Liaise with Excise
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Maintain Excise adhesive lable records
• Maintain Excise Stock Register D14 A.
• Every day E.A.L Reconciliation of the stock
• Make planning and distribution of warehouse goods
• Received new orders and prepared documentation and assigned personnel
• Daily update reports of all transactions in and out goods to and from the warehouse
• Planning inventory taking every month
• Every Month Reconciliation of the stock
• Responsibility for physical warehouse stock verification with auditors
• Ensuring the availability of goods as needed
• Maintain FIFO In FG Go-Down
• Maintained stock up to 500 SKU’s
• Inward and outward related all activities handling
• Excise related work
• Ensures Compliance of Standards warehouse
• Organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.

• Every day Hologram reconciliation
• Barcode Printing and scanning

• Arrange the vehicle for Daily Dispatch
• Handled Track & Trace System of Punjab and Rajasthan Excise
• Handled Holograms related works and holograms utilization Record
• Handled all barcode printing, scanning & Dispatch of Delhi and U.P
• Update daily Import Permits Reports
• Excise related works and generate Excise pass and L-38 (EVC) Form.
