Summary

A self-motivated individual with a keen interest in working as part of a supportive team. I am analytical, able to think about the ‘wider picture’ and an excellent communicator with a range of people. I am focused and career driven. I am organised, proactive and have a good eye for detail and I am used to meeting targets and deadlines whether that is independently or as part of a team. I am confident in leading and participating in discussions, training and supporting individuals where required. I am also skilled in analysing information, assessments and reflecting and giving feedback. I am dept in application of excellent communication and problem solving skills. I am passionate about my job, developing skills (no matter where I have worked) and can prioritise tasks. Outside of work, I am a people and animal person. I enjoy socialising with friends and family and most importantly spending time with my hedgehog and hamster. I also enjoy reading and learning new things. As an example, the internet has taught me a lot about different religions and points of view of the followers or I have learnt a great deal about the care of African Pygmy hedgehogs and through having this unusual pet I have made new friends and contacts.
