Summary

I am an HCPC-registered dietitian with experience in complex weight management and behaviour change and a strong interest in the role of nutrition in mental health. I am skilled in delivering structured dietary interventions in both group and individual settings, including application of NHS Eatwell guidance and practical experience supporting low-carb and nutritional ketosis approaches.

I am experienced in working with patients with complex psychological and neurodivergent needs, using a patient-centred, evidence-based approach. I am a reflective and organised practitioner, able to manage competing demands, contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams and support patients through sustained dietary change.

I am very passionate and keen to contribute to clinical research to advance the evidence base on the effects of ketogenic nutritional therapies beyond its current applications in paediatric populations with epilepsy.
