• Requirement Gathering & Feasibility Check: Collaborate with the BT development team to assess feasibility and finalize requirements.
• Backlog Review: Identify existing requirements that align with the new enhancement.
• Test Planning: Prepare test scenarios and test data based on finalized requirements.
• Test Fest Execution: Conduct manual testing post-deployment, logging defects in JIRA and triaging them daily.
• BDD Script Design: Develop new BDD scripts while evaluating existing ones for reusability.

• Project collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• UFT & ALM Integration & Support: Maintain UFT with ALM and resolve HP ALM-related queries for project teams.
• Automation & Test Optimization: Identify test cases for automation, create scenarios, and refine testing processes.
• Testing Enhancements: Improve regression testing, live migration scripts, and release management.
• Live Data Analysis & Production Support: Execute migration jobs, perform end-to-end triage, analyze incidents, run database queries for data fixes, and manage batch job execution.

Responsible for strong problem-solving, testing strategy, and implementation expertise within complex environments.

• Problem Analysis & Solution Development: Evaluate customer problem statements and propose effective Wipro testing solutions.
• Strategic Tool Coverage: Collaborate with Test Management, Automation, and Development teams to assess existing test tools and define future coverage.
• Proof of Concept & Customer Engagement: Present solutions via WebEx demos and live meetings to showcase results to customers.
• Solution Transition & Implementation: Once approved, oversee the transition of solutions to the entire team and work with DM, PM, and Test Leads for full-scale implementation.
• Workshops & Support: Conduct solution workshops, provide initial implementation support, and develop process packs for Banking and Insurance domains.

Responsible for covering understanding the business needs, creating and executing test cases, tracking defects, ensuring that fixes are properly validated, test strategy, team leadership, Agile methodologies, automation, and process improvement—a well-rounded approach to quality assurance and delivery.

• Business & Functional Understanding: Gain insights into customer needs and existing functionality.
• Agile Ceremonies & Team Coordination: Lead daily stand-ups, update task boards, and track work progress.
• Test Preparation & Execution: Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data, leveraging Wipro’s Test Lifecycle Automation.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Develop Gherkin code, execute test cases manually, and conduct system & regression testing.
• Defect Management & Reporting: Identify bugs, conduct retesting, and prepare Test Execution Reports & Logs.
• Team & Resource Management: Supervise 30 QS resources, track capacity, and handle leave planning.
• Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct monthly one-on-ones, onboard new team members, and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
• Training & Skill Development: Ensure CBT completions, facilitate upskilling, and manage team-wide training programs.
• Testing Initiatives & SLA Reporting: Drive customer-focused testing initiatives and track SLA metrics.
• Business Process Modeling & Test Coverage: Design business models, generate test scenarios, map test data, and establish Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Work Allocation & Productivity Monitoring: Efficiently distribute workload, calculate team hours, and maintain workflow continuity for a team of 30 members.
