Volunteering

Support Through Court, Bartolome House, Sheffield: May 2024 – October 2024

  • This role involved providing legal support to clients who cannot afford traditional legal services or access to legal aid.
  • Emotional and practical support is provided to clients regarding civil and family cases through telephone service, face-to-face appointments and attending court hearings.
  • Support ranges from filling in forms, explaining what legal letters mean, and guiding clients through legal processes.
  • This role required active listening skills, the ability to problem-solve and developed interpersonal skills


Volunteering at Charnock Hall Primary Academy: November 2022

  • Assisted children learn about the Law through a fun and educational court hearing of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears.

Affiliations

  • I have always loved drawing and painting. In 2021, I made a website to sell my prints.
  • Recently, I have found other means as a creative outlet, as my sister started a hand-sown clothing brand, I have begun helping design some dresses.
