As a warehouse operative my role is scanning production every day, checking quantity and labels every single stillage, check loads and put new loads number for geo panels orders, keep for one side special orders for cork, doing a cork paperwork, answer emails for any request from office, check stock, check cork and profile paperwork, print geo journal and labels every day, doing profile list every single week, check holidays for morning shift, cover supervisor if he have day off, dealing with production management for correct any errors with products, checking warehouse every Monday with any health and safety issue and write and print raport ready for health and safety people, make sure that morning shift provide daily forklift checklists.
As the reception assistant for the company my role was booking doctors appointments for patients. Verifying that prescriptios were sent to all patients, looking for new patients, translate for international patients, called to patients for cancel or rearrange them appointments, be available by phone/email from 6am to 7pm, had a meetings with doctors every month, help with organize any ivents, replace physically people from home office.
