I have been working in the ticket office at Watford Junction for over eighteen years in a very busy environment.

I have been dealing with customers whether it is to do with enquiries or finding the best ticket available and tailored to their needs. Always polite and caring.

I have a very good knowledge of the ticket issuing system provided.

I am currently working at Birmingham Head Office for the Finance Department on a secondment basis since August 2024.

I have grown personally and professionally thank you to the people who have supported me and encourage me, guided me.

It has been a wonderful experience and I feel I am ready for the next step in my career.
