I have been working in the ticket office at Watford Junction for over eighteen years in a very busy environment.
I have been dealing with customers whether it is to do with enquiries or finding the best ticket available and tailored to their needs. Always polite and caring.

I am currently working at Birmingham Head Office for the Finance Department on a secondment basis since August 2024.
