My career has two distinct phases. Initially, I worked as an auto-electrician, starting as an apprentice and developing my skills in vehicle maintenance and fault finding, ultimately becoming the workshop foreman. During this time, I also took on the responsibility of mentoring apprentices and work experience students while volunteering in various youth clubs.
This experience inspired me to transition to my current role as Senior Youth Worker at Minehead EYE Skatepark. In this position, I oversee six detached youth clubs across West Somerset and manage multiple programs in Minehead, including support for young carers, home education groups, and SEND groups. My passion for youth development drives my commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
