I have 30 years experience working in customer service and sales as well as all areas of theatre around an acting career.
I have worked in multiple stage door jobs including a venue in the West End. I have also worked as a senior FOH Manager for a venue and in supervisory roles within box offices and ATG Group Sales.
I worked for 2 years as both a static and mobile security officer.
Around acting I also teach it. I currently teach for Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama and I also work as a Manager for a Stagecoach Franchise in Long Eaton, where my primary role is to manage the Saturday school, make sure the children are safe, be the First Aider and safeguarding lead on site and oversee the teaching.
Stage Door Keeper at TRCH.
Monitoring people entering backstage in a security role. Opening doors. Monitoring cameras. Handing out keys and permits to staff and company. Locking up at night. Answering emails and calls. First point of call for fire alarm and incident response. Deal with issues as they arise from either tech, FOH or cast and crew on a visiting production. Managing crowds outside stage door for the visiting artist.
I am also First Aid trained and the training is in date.
