Summary

I am an experienced and values-driven leader with a career in management as a Police Inspector, complemented by approximately 15 years as a football coach with Giffnock Soccer Centre and experience as a local church youth leader, elder and trustee. As a local neighbour to GSC Auldhouse, I bring strong leadership, people management, communication and organisational skills, together with a genuine understanding of GSC Auldhouse and the community it serves. I am comfortable working with people at every level - from senior leaders and professional colleagues to volunteers, parents, young people and children. Passionate about social inclusion, youth development and developing community, I lead by example and set high standards while building positive, respectful relationships. I am now looking to use my experience, energy and commitment to help GSC Auldhouse continue to develop and thrive. Leads people, teams and volunteer networks with strong judgement, clear standards and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion. Combines senior police leadership, football coaching and church leadership to build trusted relationships, support development and improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Brings local insight, communication and organisational strength to roles that value community focus and positive influence.
