I’ve spent 15+ years creating and managing digital projects for some of the biggest shows, brands, and broadcasters across the UK, USA, and Europe

I co-created a real time engagement platform that was used by millions worldwide. I then led European digital operations for Banijay Nordisk after they acquired it and we produced many successful projects for their shows and brands.

Along the way, I've also worked with influencers, brands and organisations to help them achieve their digital goals.

Chief digital consultant to Nordic arm of Banijay. Advisor on digital growth, retention, and product management strategy.

  • Director of project management and execution of a new digital strategy for some of Banijay’s most popular formats across Europe. Managed 5 teams across the UK, Scandinavia and India.
  • Led international teams to develop top entertainment apps and drive digital growth by prioritizing features in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
  • Directed the global project strategy for "All Against One," a live TV play-along experience with millions of users across Europe. It was played by over 10% of Norway’s population each Saturday night.
  • Used data, insights and user feedback to Increase user registrations by 30% for Norwegian public broadcaster NRK. Achieved record online Eurovision votes for Danish public broadcaster DR.
  • Chief advisor across several disciplines to bring them all under one roof and align common goals such as retention, revenue, user acquisition, engagement and innovation.

  • Responsible for overseeing the company's digital strategy, as well as sourcing and managing teams for each project.
  • Worked directly with prominent UK influencers (Zoella, Joe Sugg) to review their data and test new strategies and content ideas to boost user retention and growth.
  • Introduced new opportunities for digital revenue streams across Gleam’s portfolio, working with commercial brands to fit the right digital ideas to the right influencers.
