• During my time at work experience I acquired a position at Co-op store to get an idea of what it’s like to work in a business as I aspire to work in a successful business in the future.
• Throughout my time working at Co-op my main objective was to complete the work given to me effectively as I am able to motivate myself in doing this.
• Every time I began working I would manage my workload to complete all of it in the time given to me.
• I was also able to adapt to the environment and I also improved my communication skills due to how I was consistently speaking with local members of the community, helping them in the store.

*Delivered a friendly as well as professional service for all customers whilst building on empathy by assisting customers that struggled with personal problems

*Handled vast cash transactions accurately and ensuring the tills are balanced.

*Maintained a safe working environment by keep stations clean and clear of rubbish for a more fulfilling experience for employees as well as customers.

*Delivered exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions.

* Pivoted roles as throughout COVID-19 new rules were implemented into the role leading to me having to adapt and develop my social skills as well as observation.

* Working in a uniform shop during summer months can get busy so I developed patience and communication skills to diffuse heated situations as well as improving efficiency to prevent long queues

* Effectively coordinated with colleagues in order to fulfil a fast and efficient service as well as radiating positivity to improve work morale.

* Despite the constant pressure I handled dealing with personalised requests from customers calmly and smoothly which gained positive feedback

*Adapted quickly to the fast paced environments where focus and observation was key to ensure deliveries had no error as well as ensuring they were packaged and ready on time.

* Teamworking was a skill I developed massively as it was a crucial component to ensuring the work was completed on time. By radiating positivity an atmosphere was created that drastically improved moral and increased efficiency even on short staffed days.

* Took initiative to ensure that work stations were clean and organised as it goes hand in hand with not only health and safety standards but promoting productiveness among the team.

*Attention to detail I developed throughout my time at Sainsbury's in order to reduce errors which furthered my efficiency for the job

Ascot being a nationwide famous horse racing event required a variety of skills to ensure a smooth and effective service

*I established relationships at rapid pace with the understanding the teamwork leads to a much more efficient service.

*Time management is a skill I've developed due to dealing with a the high volume service requiring focus and efficiency to produce a straight lined service.

*Some deliveries required a lot of physical strength which required a lot of self motivation to complete
