Andy Eadie

• Worked closely with Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to build and implement effective safeguarding, behaviour and reporting policies, leading to positive impact in many, many areas of school life.
• Introduced and implemented a culture of high expectations and aspirations across the school and community which has seen the performance of boys at key stage 4 dramatically improve, indeed out-performing boys for the first time.
• Acted as deputy designated safeguarding lead working closely specifically with cared for children and their carers.
• Modelled excellent teaching standards when delivering training in a wide variety of areas to staff within our school and across the North West.

• Working closely with the paid senior pastor to support her and assist in leading the church.
• Leading worship, speaking and leading services regularly.
• Designated Safeguarding Lead for the church.

• Leading a team of forward thinking trustees to lead through a period of large growth of a Christian foundation charity that works with young people across Greater Manchester and beyond that are in the most challenging of situations including social isolation and school exclusion.
• Focused activity on strategic matters to facilitate progress and delivery including development of the journey from charity to CIO status.
• Upheld company mission, strategy and values to meet delivery objectives.

Oversight of behaviour for learning and SLE working in other schools across the North West to deliver training to middle leaders on leadership and management.

Oversight and leadership of a team of 25 volunteers working with over 100 young people inside and outside the church.
