• Lead production of 400L per day of agarose-based resin in Purolites state of the art pilot plant.
• Performed routine analysis of agarose-based products during production to ensuring sufficient yield, density and chemical composition.
• Prioritised tasks and worked flexibly with teams within high throughput processing environment.

• Analysis of drinking water samples using ICPMS and completing paperwork to ensure analysis results conform with UKAS regulations and ISO 17025 accreditations.
• Achieved timely analytical results for 100+ water samples daily testing, to ensure Severn Trent customers had clean, safe drinking water.
• Reviewed performance benchmarks and established metrics for future tracking.

• Analysis of 100+ steel samples to assess process capability of the manufacturing process and the suitability of specifications, which established confidence in the product being manufactured.
• Analysis tar samples for environmental testing to troubleshoot process capability issues in manufacturing process.
• Managed a team of apprentices in a professional laboratory environment .
