

I am a hard-working, friendly, and motivated person with time and
skills to offer. I have been working as a Social Media Executive for
the past four and a half years, expanding my knowledge and
experience in the world of marketing, digital media and content production. This has helped develop both my creative and analytical skills, helping me succeed in growing social media channels and optimising performance.
During my time at SuperBike Factory, the Europe’s largest second-hand motorcycle dealership, I have been responsible for the company’s social media, creative output, influencer collaborations, and podcast production. I have complete authority over the company’s content output, starting with the strategy to filming/photography, editing, scheduling, analysis, and optimisation. I am also responsible for a team of social media champions, whom I direct to in order to get more content from the company’s different sites.
Over the past seven months, I have grown the company’s total social media following by 16% from 120,000 to over 140,000, with a reach of over 25,000,000 and 600,000 engagements.
At Connells Group, I was solely responsible for the social media
channels of 40+ estate agency brands, which collectively have
around 500 branches across the UK. As part of the UK’s largest
estate agency group, operating in different tones of voice and
catering for audiences became an everyday skill. I regularly
worked with our wider marketing team to support campaigns across
multiple channels as well as managing a network of nearly 1,000
social media admins in our branches in all corners of the UK. Part
of this responsibility meant I was responsible for our internal
communications strategy which has familiarised me with email
best practices and strategies.
Another role of mine was the production of web content. I regularly
created both long and short form content for our various websites to
keep our audiences well informed. Part of this responsibility was to upload and manage this content in our CMS, all of which
has broadened my skillset as a digital marketer and enhanced my
knowledge of SEO best practices and HTML.
During my time at RidgeMonkey, I had full ownership of all the
brand’s social media channels. I was responsible for creating daily
organic content for TikT ok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn
as well as paid social campaigns across these platforms and
YouTube.
During the period I was responsible for these social media
channels, the Instagram channel grew by over 23K followers, the
Facebook channel grew by 25K followers and the TikT ok channel,
which I started, grew to have a following of 15K with over 3 million
total video views.
