Victoria Street MSCP, Liverpool City Council, 04/01/16, 12/31/17, £6,500,000, A new 333-space steel framed car park within Liverpool City Centre and UNESCO world heritage site. Also integration of a 450m2 retail shell space. 


Edge Lane Hub, Merseyside Police, 04/01/13, 03/31/18, £16,700,000, A new mixed use facility for Merseyside Police, to include vehicle workshops, policing units and storage facilities. 


Richard Rose Morton Academy, Cumbria County Council (PfS), 09/01/09, 08/31/11, £24,100,000, This new project, costing £24.1m, represents part of the prestigious Cumbria Academies programme. 


West Lakes Academy, Cumbria County Council (PfS), 09/01/09, 08/31/10, £25,300,000, Works were carried out on behalf of Cumbria County Council to investigate the presence of existing haematite mines in the area of the new academy building. 


Richard Rose Central Academy, Cumbria County Council (PfS), 03/01/09, 09/30/09, £26,900,000, This £26.9m project was the first of four academies to be delivered by Kier as part of the prestigious Cumbria Academies Framework.
