Decided to sell my home and relocate to the south this took all the way to Christmas 2025 i didn't find any work during this period.

I am now in Weymouth Dorset looking again in Jan 2026.

The company made mezzanine flooring panels of different sizes I worked as a machine operator putting the edges on with a be-spoke banding machine then stacking work ready for the welders.

• Working in a high-volume environment, we are responsible for daily changeovers of different parts, mainly push-fit collets of Various sizes within the business, working to safety-critical standards.
• The machines are Bar-fed rotary transfer and are Swiss Hydromat machines, 12 station, 12 units, controlled by hydraulic oil through control valves.
• Capable of high volume and a cycle time of 4 secs.
• Experience of assembly work for 12 months in 2021, as during lockdown we moved to the assembly line as work was needed there more, Primarily working on braking sensors for trains.
• Uphold safety standards.
• Set-up machines for optimised production output, leading to increased efficiency
• Checked machine settings, ensuring accurate and high-quality outputs.
• Maintained a clean workspace, promoting health and safety protocols.
• Troubleshot equipment issues, reducing production downtime significantly.
• Chaser grinding sometimes called for.

• During this period of a sabbatical, I was a househusband and carer to two young children; I did this until they started school

• Loaded materials into CNC machinery to initiate production process

• Regular tip changes and off-sets made.
• Also worked on Dorst press machines when first started.
