I established the company in August 2024 to support organisations with the implementation, development and ongoing maintenance of their quality and environmental management systems. The scope of work typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Review, maintain and enhance the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant standards, regulations and internal policies through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating activities and driving timely closure of findings.
• Provide expert guidance on quality procedures, controlled documentation and best‑practice methods across the organisation.
• Advise senior management on quality performance, improvement opportunities and organisational risks to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Train staff in developing a deeper understanding of quality principles and ownership of compliant practices.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, I have successfully supported multiple organisations in achieving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification over the past 18 months, guiding clients through implementation, audit preparation and continuous improvement to ensure full compliance with each standard.

The role involved implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, including managing legal registers, conducting internal audits, leading third‑party audits, and overseeing root‑cause analysis, customer complaints and supplier non‑conformances. I strengthened compliance by introducing new policies, liaising with regulatory bodies, and staying current with legislative changes. My work included recommending process improvements and delivering staff training to promote strong regulatory awareness across the organisation.

The role involved the development of electrical products from concept to production, including type testing, CE marking, assembly instructions and full technical documentation. I strengthened cross‑team efficiency by improving communication, which led to faster issue resolution, accurate technical support, being able to document root causes and creating clear troubleshooting procedures. I successfully coordinated a team to launch new products, while providing testing and systems administration support.

In this role I provided customer support for field‑deployed products, helped with new product development, EMC testing and CE marking. As a team we improved customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues quickly, analysing recurring faults and producing clear troubleshooting guidance. We strengthened product quality by testing new versions prior to release, documenting fault trends and collaborating closely with development teams for rapid, effective fixes.

Through my work product quality was strengthened through rigorous end‑to‑end system testing, meticulous tracking of software errors and effective collaboration with technical teams to eliminate customer complaints. I supported successful product launches by providing usability and test strategy feedback and delivered clear documentation of issues and troubleshooting procedures, contributing to smoother operations and faster problem resolution.

This role involved the assembly of electrical products and tooling, including electronic circuit boards, in line with detailed assembly instructions while ensuring consistent product quality through regular checks and adjustments. I supported the shift supervisor with administrative tasks, helped resolve workflow issues through collaborative problem‑solving and maintained a clean, safe working environment. I worked closely with team members to streamline assembly‑line operations and followed company procedures to ensure efficient, accurate task completion.
