Additional Information

During the life of my business, from small beginnings to fully working model ready for expansion I learnt. This experience is looking for a new opportunity. I believe a roll in the Punch Bowl would be the right vehicle for this experience.

Key elements. Having a great product is no guarantee of success. You need the correct business model behind the business. Marrying them together needs understanding. Having good systems in all aspects of running a pub is important. But if you do not have the right employees then the system will not work. It is a bad system if the system is more important than what it produces. Employing and development of staff is paramount. All systems must be organic. Strong enough to provide continuity yet flexible enough to provide creative thinking. Development of staff to work with confidence within this business is key. In the life of my last business I have employed and developed over 200 souls and bring these skills to this opportunity. The key qualities I enhanced loyalty and confidence.

Ambition

Within the confines of a humble pub I see an opportunity to fully express my intuition that this site is underdeveloped. This challenges me. I want to realise the Punch Bowls potential. I look forward to meeting you to out line my instinctive thoughts on how to achieve this. To align our ideas and form an effective working relationship.
