During my time with Central England Coop I have worked my way up from a Picker/Forklift truck driver to Warehouse supervisor designate and then onto the role of Warehouse Supervisor. This has given me extensive experience in all aspects of the warehouse distribution processes from order picking and Forklift driving to Goods inwards and Despatch. As a Supervisor, I have gained further experience in the day to day management of a team of approximately 25 Colleagues initially on day shifts but then moving on to manage the night shift.


I have been previously involved with the maintenance and installation of racking systems within the warehouse, stock takes and working as part of the training team, training new pickers and forklift drivers.
